Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order, as incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or failed deliveries.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At OuriVelle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
